Any changes or cancelations in an order are only acceptable if the reason are justifiable and are under our internal guidelines and procedures. Kindly contact our Customer Service Team to begin the cancellation process.

We ship Monday to Friday excluding holidays. The shipping dates are dependent upon your credit card verification, so please give us 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Also, please note that extreme weather conditions can delay our operations.

Yes. A tracking number is sent to the registered email in the order.

We accept returns and exchanges within thirty days (30) after receiving the order. However, please contact our Customer Service first, give your order reference number and the reason for returning/exchanging the item to begin the process.

Please contact us before shipping back the item to avoid any delay or to forfeit your refund or exchange. All items should be in new condition, original packaging, with all original tags and protections attached. You can only exchange an item once.

Every Chronologia watch has a two-year warranty. Whether your watch is under warranty or not, please contact our Customer Service first for assistance.
